The Governing Board of Ennis Regional Medical Center are volunteers who are appointed to serve. They are:

• Joel Hernandez, Wester Insurance
• Jay Tullos, EISD Superintendent
• Craig Yetter, DO
• Andre Graham, MD Chief of Staff
• Fredrick Puckett, DO
• Dr. Jeff Comer, Chief Executive Officer, ERMC
• Mark Massey, Interim Chief Financial Officer, ERMC

The Governing Board of Ennis Regional Medical Center are volunteers who are recommended to ERMC for appointment to serve by a hospital advisory board nominating committee. The Board members serve rotating terms and assist the hospital with support, management, personnel, and services; long-range planning oversight; financial performance review; provide strategic leadership; and serve as public and political representatives to the community on behalf of the hospital.
